Atoko Construction · Est. 2008
From the remote hills of Gorkha to the valleys of Dhading — Atoko Construction delivers government-grade roads, drainage systems, and public works that connect communities across Nepal.
Atoko Construction was established in 2008 with a singular purpose: to deliver infrastructure that Nepal’s communities deserve. What began as a humble endeavour rooted in the hills of Gorkha has grown into a trusted name in government road and public works contracting.
From the winding mountain alignments of Gorkha to the river valleys of Dhading, from drainage works across Kathmandu Valley to culverts opening access to remote rural communities — every project carries the same engineering integrity that Nepal’s public sector demands.
Today we serve across public infrastructure, apartment buildings, and hotels across Nepal — each project a testament to our belief that quality construction changes lives.
Valued Government Partners & Agencies
From the hills of Gorkha, entirely self-made. Uttam Bhatta’s journey into Nepal’s infrastructure sector began on the ground — walking road alignments through Gorkha’s challenging terrain, building relationships with government agencies, and earning trust through sheer commitment to quality. Over more than three decades, he has been directly involved in the construction of roads, bridges, and critical civil infrastructure across Nepal’s most demanding terrain.
As the founding Managing Director of Atoko Construction, Mr. Bhatta has built an organisation that mirrors his own values: accountability, technical precision, and unwavering commitment to the communities whose lives depend on the infrastructure we deliver. His experience leading multiple major infrastructure development firms has sharpened his mastery of project management and government procurement.
His standing is demonstrated by his election as Former Standing Committee Member of FCAN, 2076–2082, and his appointment as a representative member of the joint committee between the Government of Nepal and FCAN — placing him at the heart of policy dialogue between the state and Nepal’s construction sector. As Senior Vice President of Nepal Rastriya Nirman Byabasayi Sangathan, he continues to shape the future of the industry, seeing immense potential in Nepal’s infrastructure sector and committed to realising it, project by project.
